Shipping cost(s) may vary depending on where you are located and the type of item you purchase. You will be able to access estimated shipping along with pricing at checkout.

Processing Time

As soon as we receive your order, processing takes 48-72 hours and this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

Estimated Delivery Time

As soon as the order is processed, you will receive tracking information via email. Depending on where you are located, shipping can take approximately 4-5 business days for delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.

Returns and Refund Guarantee

If you receive an item that is not asked as described or arrives defective, please send us a photo of the item so that our quality assurance team can best assist you. Once the item is indeed deemed defective, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement of your item. Customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product in order to receive a refund or replacement.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and be returned within 3 days of receipt.
