3)       What would you like included in the picture (Family Name, dates, text)?

4)       Do you have a preferred font you want us to use?

5)       Email us a high quality photo of each person and/or pet you would like added to your customized product at SelfCareLife888@gmail.com. Separate photos can be sent for each person/pet and are preferred.
